Follow Up In-Office Consultation

Service Description

We accept insurance! Please allow up to 90 minutes for your appointment. Follow-up phone call included. This consult takes place in our Cary office. Upon booking, you will receive an email with a link to the patient portal through MilkNotes, which includes all new patient materials and information about your appointment. Payment is due at time of service via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check only. To avoid $75 cancellation fee, 24 hour prior notice is required for all cancellations. For self-pay patients, insurance-coded receipt given at appointment to submit for insurance reimbursement upon request.
