Checking your insurance is easy! Simply use the links above. I'm a member of The Lactation Network and Wildflower! They handle all insurance questions and insurance billing, so you will never have to deal with any insurance paperwork. I'm in-network with United Health Care (UHC and UMR), VCA, Cigna, Aetna, First Health, and many others! If your insurance provider is in-network with The Lactation Network and/or Wildflower, you will be covered at 100% for all lactation visits! The only fee insurance does not cover is the travel fee for in-home visits only ($60 per visit).

For all BCBS & Anthem patients, your insurance provider requires you to self-pay & submit a superbill (insurance-coded medical receipt) after your visit for reimbursement. I will provide this to you. It is very easy to submit this to your insurance provider.
